PURPOSE:To provide the pulser circuit which is high in speed and can form driving pulses of correct waveforms without using a costly high pressure resistant semiconductor switch. CONSTITUTION:Forward diodes DS11 to DS23 are inserted between switching transistors Q11 to Q23 and a common output line Lout of respective unit pulser circuits. The parasitic capacitors C11 to C23 of the respective switching TRs Q11 to Q23 are charged only in the first time in this way, but from this point on these capacitors do not become the load of the other switching TRs during the operation. |
