PURPOSE:To perform sealing assuredly to the end of the sealing part when a plastic molded lid is used by a method wherein recessed parts which radially extend on the outer surface of a lid are hot-press-molded when a container main body and the lid are heat-welded. CONSTITUTION:The title sealed container is constituted of a container main body 2 which has an opening with flange, and a lid 1 which is annularly heat- welded to the container main body 2 on the flange 3. In this case, on the outer surface of the lid 1, which is located on a part to be heat-welded 5, at least 1 recessed part 6 which extends in the approximately radial direction with the center of the lid 1 as its center is provided, and the recessed part 6 is hot- press-molded when the container main body 2 and the lid 1 are heat-welded. By his method, sealing can be assuredly performed to the end of the flange under a wide sealing condition range, and unfavorable influence of defective sealing due to uneven thickness of the flange of the container main body or unevenness of the temperature of a seal bar can be prevented from happening. |
