BURIED TYPE HEATER DEVICE

PURPOSE:To provide a buried type heater device having a high thermal efficiency, a high safety and a high reliability which is used for heating a washing place of a bath device. CONSTITUTION:A thermal melting layer is provided to cover the outermost frame of a temperature sensing wire 4 at a heating member 3. A base material 5 is constructed by a soft wire mesh sheet. The heating member 3 and a temperature sensing wire 8 are integrally and thermally melted to the base member 5 by heat to form a heater device 2 and then the heater device 2 is buried in an FRP having reinforcing filler agent therein 6. Due to this arrangement, the heater device can be directly adhered to a lower surface of the washing place 1 and then a thermal efficiency can be remarkably improved.
