发明名称 CONTROL ON TAIL CLEARANCE OF SHIELD EXCAVATOR
摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of interference by a method in which an interference coordinate points of tail plate and segments are predicted and tail clearance is controlled. CONSTITUTION:After assembling one ring of segments, the coordinate of interference points B1i and B2i the tail plates are calculated on the basis of the acutal measuring position and direction of shield. On the basis of the calculated value and actually measured values delta1i the ordin of and delta2i of tail clearance, the coordinate of segment interference points A1i and A2i is calculated. On the basis of the calculated value and the next segment sizes, the coordinate of segment interference points A1i+1 and A2i+1 is calculated. Also, on the basis of the calculated value and predicted outlines (1) and (2) of shield after ring excavation, the coordinate of interference points B1i+1 and B2i+1 of tail plates on the position is calculated. Furthermore, on the basis of the interference points, tail clearance of the next ring is calculated to judge the suitability of control angle for excavation target. Necessary tail clearance can thus be secured by simple measurement.
