PURPOSE:To obtain a primer composition which can improve the adhesion of a silicone rubber to a metallic surface by using a specified amino-containing organosilicon compound (its partial hydrolysis product) as the principal component. CONSTITUTION:An amino-containing organosilicon compound of the formula [wherein R<1> are H or (un)substituted monovalent hydrocarbon groups and at least one of them is an unsaturated group; R<2> and R<3> are each H or an (un) substituted monovalent hydrocarbon group; and n is 1-3] and optionally a condensation catalyst are diluted with an organic solvent. |
