PURPOSE:To provide an assembling type air battery with less part number and a simple structure never causing a contact failure or a leak in excessive discharge. CONSTITUTION:U-shaped parts of connectors 2, 3 having the U-shaped parts used as both internal connectors and terminals are fixed to a resin case and used to reduce the number of parts and contact failures. As the water repelling film of an element battery used in an assembling type air battery, a porous Teflon film having a Gurley number of 10000-50000s is used, whereby a leak in excessive discharge is eliminated, and parts such as a liquid absorbing material and a filter are omitted to facilitate the assembling of the battery.
