PURPOSE:To offer the cutting piece separating device which can separate completely a cutting piece from a plate, in the laser beam machine. CONSTITUTION:On the upper position of a work chuter 19, an ascending/ descending body 39 is provided so as to be ascendable and descendable, and in a pin guide 47 provided on the lower part side of this ascending/descending body 39, many press pins 49 for pressing a cutting piece WA and the part extending over the outside of this cutting piece WA from the upper direction are provided so as to be freely ascendable and descendable, and between the ascending/descending body 39 and many press pins 49, an elastic body 51 which can be deformed elastically is provided. |
