发明名称 CONNECTING METHOD FOR STAINLESS STEEL TUBE AND ZIRCONIUM ALLOY TUBE
摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent the crevice corrosion of stainless steel by providing a connecting part in which a metallic member consisting of iron or carbon steel is interposed between a tubular member consisting of zirconium and a tubular member consisting of stainless steel. CONSTITUTION:In the case a different kind metal joined part of zirconium (alloy) and stainless steel formed by joining the end parts of a tubular umber 1 consisting of zirconium (alloy) and a tubular member 2 consisting of stainless steel is exposed in high temperature water of 200 deg.C-300 deg.C, it is prevented that this different kind metal connecting part is damaged due to crevice corrosion. Therefore, the different kind metal connecting end part is subjected to anodic melting by interposing a metallic member consisting of iron or carbon steel 3 and the stainless steel tube and the zirconium (alloy) tube are subjected to cathodic protection. In such a way, it can be prevented that stainless steel is damaged due to crevice corrosion in the different kind metal connecting part.
