The invention relates to an assembly for adapting a portable radiotelephone including a control keyboard to a motor cycle (2), characterised in that it includes: - a motorcyclist's helmet (3) equipped with at least one earpiece (7) and with a microphone (8) in the region of the mouth; - an interface circuit connected to the said portable radiotelephone and linked with the helmet, and - a leaktight case (4) fixed to the motor cycle (2) and containing the said radiotelephone and the said interface circuit, the said case (4) including, in its upper face, a flexible transparent partition part arranged facing the keyboard of the said radiotelephone. <IMAGE>
