<p>PURPOSE:To stably run a tape without damaging the tape by minimizing the influence of load variation on the tape. CONSTITUTION:The reference value 25 which becomes the feeding side tension controlling target value of a tape 4 and the reference value 23 which becomes the taking-up side tension controlling target value of the tape 4 are corrected by means of adders 24 and 26 and coefficient multipliers 27 and 28 in accordance with compared results between the detected value of a tape speed detector 18 and a reference tape speed value 20. When one of the reference values 25 and 23 which become the tension controlling target value on both the feeding and taking-up sides exceeds a specified range, the exceeding amount is fed back to the other reference value.</p> |
