The invention relates to a plasmid containing a specific cytochrome gene as well as to a cell containing the plasmid. According to the invention, a substrate is subjected to an oxidative fermentation in the presence of the cell. By virtue of the present invention, the oxidative fermentation is remarkably favoured, thereby highly improving its productivity.
