PURPOSE:To restore the data against a temporary trouble caused by an external factor. CONSTITUTION:A control storage circuit 1 reads out the data 103 written with an address signal 105 given from an address register circuit 2 and outputs the data 103 as the read data 106. An ECC circuit 3 corrects an 1-bit error if caused in the data 106 and outputs the read data 107 and also a 1-bit error detection signal 108. An error address storage circuit 4 and an address comparator 5 instruct the selection circuits 6 and 7 to write the data 107 into the circuit 1 with the signal 105 and an address coincidence signal 110 corresponding to the signal 108. |
