The invention relates to a long metal plate (1) for internal fixation of a fracture, consisting of several screw holes (2) drilled from the front surface (3) to the rear surface (4), with a certain longitudinal spacing between them, and several holes for transverse connection (5) drilled from one side (6) to the other in each of the spacings between the screw holes (2). The inner side of the screw holes is inclined for automatic tightening.
