PURPOSE:To provide a calculation formula of the first established value for a conventional technique where a wire or a coated wire such as rubber.plastic is extruded, treated and wound up by fixed length immediately, for which a rate is reduced at the first established value of a measuring counter and suspended at the second established value. CONSTITUTION:The following calculation formula is obtained theoretcially by making the first established value, a standard length, a standard feed rate of a wire, a wind-up motor rate, similarly an index rate and a speed reduction time at its rate respectively X, L, V, N, N1 and T1. x=L-(1/2)V.(N/N1)T1. In addition, the T1 is a value decided experimentally. |
