PURPOSE:To enable the respective speakers to make reproduction with best condition without distortion for shared sound, by using different material for the diaphragm plate of speakers from tweeter and woofer. CONSTITUTION:Macromolecular material and graphite powder are mixed, and plasticizer and stabilizer are added, when required, and heating and mixing are made by a mixer and a needer to obtain mixed material. Next, with a roller, sheet material in which the graphite material is oriented toward rolling direction through repetitive rolling, can be obtained. The sheet material thus obtained is laminated to a given thickness, incorporated with a hot press to form the speaker plate with pressing. The oriented graphite powder is used for the diaphragm plate for woofer, and the material obtained with heating and baking through carbonization or graphite processing is used for the diaphragm plate for tweeter. The oriented graphite powder had greater internal loss, tandelta and the baked material has greater Young's modulus, allowing to make broad the entire playback band and to remarkably reduce the distortion. |
