摘要 A generator of internal supply voltage receiving an external supply voltage (VCCext) produces a constant, stable internal supply voltage (VCCint) intended to be applied to a semiconductor memory device irrespective of temperature variations. For this purpose, the generator comprises a voltage divider circuit (80) which includes a first variable resistor (R1') with a higher resistance as load element and a second variable resistor (R2') with a lower resistance as control element. As the temperature increases, the resistance of the first variable resistor (R1') increases, thereby reducing the flow of current passing through it. Then, the comparator (60) connected to the output of the voltage divider circuit (80) enables the output circuit (70) to increase the internal supply voltage (VCCint) in response to the temperature increase. <IMAGE>
