The invention relates to a quick and easy device for fastening a pipeline (1), of the fastening collar type, onto a support. The invention mainly comprises a collar made up of two arms (4) joined to a base (2) mounted so that it can rotate on the support. The pipeline (1) must be inserted beforehand parallel to the upper part of the holding arms (4). A vertical downwards pressure on the pipeline allows a rotation of the collar through 90 DEG , by virtue of two inclined ramps (9) on the arms (4). Since the internal surface (6) of the arms (4) has an envelope shape for the pipeline (1), the latter is permanently fixed. Application to the laying of any pipeline whatsoever with respect to a support. <IMAGE>
