The subject of the invention is a device for fastening side equipment on a central hole of civil engineering constructions, of the type using U-shaped and T-shaped irons and angle pieces for fastening the upright supporting the side equipment, characterised in that it occupies the central hole which exists between the two floor components of a civil engineering construction, and in that it is composed of a group of horizontal irons (8) which, in an upper plane, bear on the top side (extrados) of the floor element and, in the lower plane bear on the bottom side (intrados) of the floor elements, the said upper and lower elements are held assembled together by perforated U-shaped plates (15, 16) allowing the tie rods (18) to pass through. The invention makes it possible to reduce the obstruction on the floor element of the central hole of the civil engineering construction. <IMAGE>
