PURPOSE:To give an optical recording medium protective layer hardness and an antistatic effect which is sufficiently high even under a low-humidity condition. CONSTITUTION:A quaternary ammonium salt expressed by the formula is added to 100 pts.wt. of an ultraviolet curing resin by 4 pts.wt. After the mixture of the resin and ammonium slat is applied to the light incident side of the substrate of this optical recording medium to a thickness of about 5mum, the mixture is cured by irradiating the mixture with ultraviolet rays. (The R of the formula represents a C16-C18 alkyl group.) |
