This relates to a bending machine of the type comprising a fixed support (10) and a blank holder (22) which is rotatably mounted and has a bearing beak-shaped part (23) by which it is capable of applying to the said fixed support (10) a sheet (15) to be formed, while in order to do this being articulated to two links (25) which are themselves articulated to the fixed support (10) by two connecting parts (26). According to the invention, for its articulation to the links (25), the blank holder (22) has two lugs (32) vertically in line with its bearing beak-shaped part (23).
