PURPOSE:To make the size small and the make the band broad, by replacing coplanar line to which mixer diodes are connected into a closed slot line showing a loop, and picking up the IF signal from conductors surrounded with slot lines. CONSTITUTION:A slot line 2 is branched and mixer diodes 3, 4 are connected to slot lines 15, 16 branched with opposite polarity. Branched slot lines 15, 16 have equal line length and are closed at a conversion section 8. A local oscillation power is converted into slot lines 15, 16 and fed to diodes 3, 4 through a HPF 14 using a capacitor to block IF signal provided with a microstrip line 5, with the conversion 8 having a conductor hole 17 grounded with a ground conductor at the back side. On the other hand, IF signal is produced between a part 18 surrounded with the slot lines 15, 16 and a ground conductor 19, then it is externally picked up with an IF signal lead 20. |
