The device directly connected with a tap of water pipes, has the first stage for removing chemical or floating matters in water and the second stage for removing tastes, odors, coloring matters, heavy metals, bacteria, and radioactive matters. The device comprises filtering body (15) having membrane (16) for filtering bigger particles, first filter (17) enclosed with second filter (18), filter protecting membrane (19) for the filter (18), support frame (20) with interlocking step (12) of case (10); and filtering body (25) having filtering membrane (26) for repeatedly filtering bigger particles from the body (15), magnetic bar (27) enclosed with third filter (28), membrane (29) and filter protecting membrane (30), support frame (31).
