The method constructs a house without employing any skilled workers such as carpenter, plasterer, brickman and the like, and uses rice hull common in Korean farms for insulation to reduce construction cost. The construction employs plywood boards (4,5) each attached with square bars (2,3,3') for the wall being set up on a concrete foudation. The outer wall board is covered with a wire net to be plastered with waterproof motar to fixedly mount the plywood ceiling board (30), which is covered with rice hull being held tight with straw mats to be topped with a slate roof. Rice hull is stuffed between the wall boards for insulation.
