MANUFACTURE AND MANUFACTURING DEVICE OF BULB

PURPOSE:To obtain a reflective bulb where the regulation linehas no bent, by contacting a reverse conical block against the inner face of the opening of a bulb and performing the correction of vertical position while holding the proximity of the interior of the bulb by means of an expandable/shrinkable holder. CONSTITUTION:An expandable/shrinkable bottom section for holding the proximity of large diameter section of a bulb 2 mounted on a bulb supporting base 1 such that the opening 25 will direct upwardly while having a circular hole for receiving the top of the bulb 2 at the central portion, and a holder 4 comprising a spring 8 placed between a side well sections 7 are provided. A splash prevention tube 15 is provided at the outer circumference of a guide tube 10 while an air hole 16 is provided at the upper end section of said tube 15, while foam prevention metal mesh 17 is provided on the outercircumference at the lower end section and a reverse conical block 19 is sequred at the outercircumference of said tube 15. Consequently the vertical position of the bulb can be maintained correctly while the regulation line of the film cam always be maintained horizontal.
