PURPOSE:To prevent possible molding sink on the surface plate section and the back plate section through a proper balance with a resistance for molding a rib by increasing a molding resistance with the inner surfaces of both the plate sections indented properly. CONSTITUTION:A V cut or the like is provided on the inner surface side of a molding clearance 1a for the surface plate and a molding clearance 2a for the back plate to form a indented molding section 5a. When an extrusion molding machine supplies an extrusion molding die B with a synthetic resin, an indentation 5 is formed on the inner surfaces of the surface plate section 1 and the back plate section 2 with an indented molding section. This allows proper balance between the resistance for molding rib and a resistance for molding the surfaces plate section 1 and the back plate 2 thereby preventing possible molding sink on the surface plate section 1 and the back plate section.
