PURPOSE: To provide a titled food product in a desired shape by performing stamping work between plural cylinders provided with plural dies respectively provided with edge lines for cooperating so as to cut the product while the outer skin of the product is in a thermoplastic state. CONSTITUTION: In this manufacture of a simultaneously extruded cooked food product 3 by simultaneously extruding and cooking the outer skin whose base is grains and the filling of a desired type on an inner side, after a simultaneous extrusion operation, while the outer skin is still in the thermoplastic state, the product 3 is cut by performing the stamping work between the two dies respectively provided with the edge lines, the two edge lines are arranged on two parallel cylindrical surfaces rotatable with respective shafts as centers and cooperate during a stamping operation and the target cut food product 3 is obtained. |
