PURPOSE:To improve unit consumption of heat source of the heat treatment apparatus, by dividing the main body of heating furnace into two pieces or more, by controlling temperature of each divided area, and by connecting the outlet of exhaust gas of a group of radiant tubes to the fuel inlet of another group of tubes. CONSTITUTION:Heating furnace F', for example, is divided into two areas, F1' and F2'. The exhaust gas of tube group 3 in area F1' is introduced to tube group 3' of area F2'. The temperature of inside furnace of area F1' is detected by detector 4 and input to temperature controller 21. The temperature input to the tempeature controller is operated at the controller and then output to fuel flow rate device 22. Signals detected at fuel gas flow rate detecting device 5 is output to fuel flow rate device 22, and control operation is made at the device and then tube group (e) is heated. The same procedure is carried out in area F2'. Fuel gas flow signal Fgp of area F1' and fuel flow rate signal Fgp' of area F2' are input to air fuel ratio operating device 23, and signals are given to exhaust gas air amount control device 24. Signals detected the amount of air contained in the exhaust gas at detecting device 7 is control operated at control device 24 and adjustments are made through adjusting valve 8. |
