RESIN BINDER CONTAINING MOLDED BODY

PURPOSE:To manufacture a molded body by pulverizing waste, unnecessary and volume reduction treated thermoplastic and utilizing same as a binder for various kinds of molded bodies and also by utilizing a waste thermosetting resin molded body as a reinforcing substance and/or a filling substance. CONSTITUTION:A resin binder containing molded body is composed of resin powder (A) prepared by pulverizing volume reduction treated thermoplastic resin and foaming styrol powder sheared and pulverized by a crushing device provided with a rotating drum with a number of teeth. The foaming styrol powder contains foaming styrol powder (B) of the powder size to be able to pass through a screen of 1mm mesh by 60% or more efficiency and also passing through a screen of 6.73mm mesh by 100% efficiency and a reinforcing substance and/or a filler (C).
