In the process, the particles are sucked into a treatment assembly. The particles are 1st sucked into a cyclone separator resulting in agglomerations of large and small particles; the small dry particles are then moistened in an eddy washer following which they are again fractionated into relatively large and small particles; the resulting small particles are introduced into large and small particles; the resulting small particles are then demoistened by heating and cooling, the condensn. being collected to result in a fourth fraction of large and small aerosol particles; the small aerosol particles pass through an aerosol separator where they are removed by electrostatic force; and an exhaust system draws clean air from the assembly. USE/ADVANTAGE - The process removes all traces of harmful particles cush as asbestos to be removed from a gaseous medium such as air, and confines the particles within the filtration system
