The corner connection uses a metal corner piece (1) to which the horizontal and vertical metal profile rails (2, 3, 4) are secured via fixing screws inserted in threaded bores (8, 13) in the profile rails (2, 3, 4). The fixing screws have associated toothed washers (15) fitted between the corner piece (1) and the profile rails (2, 3, 4) and between the corner piece (1) and the fixing screws, with their teeth biting into the surface of the profile rails (2, 3, 4), or the corner piece (1). Pref. the washer (15) is housed in a recess around the bore (11) for the fixing screw. ADVANTAGE - Uses mass produced components.
