PURPOSE:To provide the subject feeder designed to improve the quality of the sheashing material and smoothly deliver the ingredients downward to prepare a specified makeup, having a hopper to feed the sheathing material, a screw conveyor with a cooling device and an ingredient feed cylinder. CONSTITUTION:Following a feed hopper 1 for a sheathing material A, a screw conveyor 2 with a cooling device 6, which is made up of a cylinder 2a and a screw conveyor shaft 2b engaged internally so as to revolve within said cylinder, is horizontally arranged and actuated. This screw conveyor 2 is also equipped vertically with a feed cylinder 11 for ingredients so as to be rectangular to the delivery port of said screw conveyor 2, and a specified amount of ingredients is extruded at a time from the cylinder 11 and combined with a sheathing material at the delivery port, thus sheathing the ingredients with said material (coating) into a dumpling stuffed with minced pork. |
