<p>The circuit reduces the noise of transmitting channel by accomodation modulating video signal, processing the lowband video signal using a noise reducer, and processing the highband video signal of the receiver side using a nonlinear converter. The circuit includes a lowband video signal outputting terminal (10a), a delayer (53), an accomodation converter (50) for generating accomodation constant (fi) and accomodation index (Index), an adder (15), a noise reducer (101), a nonlinear converter (102) for clipping input signal, and a subtractor (27) for limiting the highband video signal from the converter (102) with the accomodation constant (fi) from an accomodation converter (70).</p> |
