<p>PURPOSE:To provide a thermosetting resin decorative sheet having durability and giving a feeling of deep luster. CONSTITUTION:In a thermosetting resin decorative sheet having an overlay layer, a three-layered paper having a surface overlay layer and an intermediate overlay layer wherein a lustrous substance is incorporated is used. As the three- layered paper, a three-layered overlay paper wherein a lustrous substance is incorporated in the intermediate layer may be used and in another example, instead of using a pattern paper, a rear face pattern layer wherein titanium oxide is incorporated in the rear face layer may be used. This three-layered paper and the pattern paper impregnated with a thermosetting resin and a core paper impregnated with a thermosetting resin and other base materials are integrally laminated and molded by heating and pressing to obtain a decorative sheet.</p> |
