PURPOSE:To manufacture a molded product of superior tensile strength, large elongation at breakage and output energy amount by spinning s composition containing specified ultra-high-molecular-weight polypropylene with the specified viscosity at specified concentration and orienting the same. CONSTITUTION:A propylene homopolymer or a propylene copolymer is used as ultra-high-molecular-weight polypropylene. The ultimate viscosity (eta) of the ultra-high-molecular-weight polypropylene at decalin solvent 135 deg.C is in the range of 4dl/g or over, preferably 7-15dl/g. A composition is prepared by blending a diluter with the ultra-high-molecular-weight polypropylene which can carry out mold spinning, and then extruded out of a molding die or a nozzle and molded. An ultra-high-molecular-weight propylene orientation molded body thus prepared is provided with the first peak position melting point at 180-200 deg.C and also the second peak position melting point at 210-230 deg.C. |
