CONSTITUTION:When forming a flux cored wire, that of <=246mu particle diameter is used as a raw material powder of a flux, and also in its raw material powder, a superfine powder oxide of SiO2, Al2O3, etc. of 3-50mmu is contained by 0.01-5% against that of <= 53mu particle diameter. According to this method, the superfine powder oxide covers the surface of a flux coarse particle of <=53mu, and executes a lubricating action, the fluidity of the flux can be improved and its packing can be executed uniformly. Accordingly, a disconnection of a wire in the course of drawing it does not occur, and it can be manufactured at a high speed and the welding workability can be improved.
