Improvements characterized in that the tool/motor for shaping the head of the rivet imparts to it, by suitable means, an additional transverse movement when the support piece of most convenient form is reaching the final section of the axial path of its withdrawal and the rivet made is expelled from the die (striking plate), after which the motor and its incorporated work tool return to align with the end of the new section of tube introduced into the die before the support piece of the motor and its work tool begins its advance towards the die in order to carry out the new work stage for shaping the head of the section of tube not yet worked. <IMAGE>
