PURPOSE:To realize an inverter equipment being capable of supplying high- precision pulse power stably to a load at a high speed even through a drive frequency is very high or the duty ratio of pulse for driving the load is very small. CONSTITUTION:A main switch element Q3 is controlled by output V17 of an OR gate OG5, and a main switch element Q4 is controlled by the output V18 of an OR gate OG6. A high side switch element Q1 is controlled by the output V13 of an OR gate OG2, and the output of the high side switch element Q1 is controlled by the output V15 of an OR gate OG4. Inputs of these OR gates OG5, OG6, OG2 and OG4 are prepared by a logic circuit based on alternately reversing outputs VQ and VQB of a D-type flip-flop IC2 using an output V0 as clock from an astable multivibrator IC1, and a signal turning on the main switch Q3 and Q4 can be obtained in a simultaneous OFF period of the high side switch elements Q1 and Q2. |
