<p>PURPOSE:To increase the separating concentration efficiency of a gaseous component by increasing the desorption regeneration of an adsorbent in an adsorber in a pressure swing type mixed gas separator. CONSTITUTION:In a pressure swing type mixed gas separating concentrator where part of hard-to-adsorb gas separated and concentrated by an adsorber is returned to the adsorber as purge gas for the desorption regeneration of an adsorbent, the part of hard-to-adsorb gas separated and concentrated is treated by a gas concentrator (purge gaseous O2 concentrating unit 10) where the residual adsoptive gas is removed to increase the purity of the hard-to- adsorb gas and then is fed to adsorbers 2A,2B,2C where partial pressure of the adsorptive gas is lowered to highly regenerate the adsorbent.</p> |
