PURPOSE:To reduce the operating power required for an operator and to allow the operator to assume a relaxed posture by increasing the rotary angle of driving sprocket. CONSTITUTION:A shaft 26 for supporting a driving sprocket 25 is provided with a polygonal section 26a and the supporting shaft 26 is constituted integrally with the driving sprocket 25. A socket 28 to be fit with the polygonal section 26a and a ratchet handle 29 integral therewith constitute a draw out handle. |
