PURPOSE:To increase the self-fusing area of a parison and raise the strength of the division plate by providing an insert plate notched partially at the outer edge thereof in the cavity of a mold on molding a vessel provided with the division plate such as a partition plate inside. CONSTITUTION:On a pin 9 at the wall surface 10 of the cavity of the mold 8 is provided the insert plate 1 for forming the partition of the hollow molded article. The parison 12 is supplied from a parison-supplying device 11 to between the molding dies and the dies are colsed, and the hollow molding is conducted by pressing air into the parison 12 from a pressurizing air blowing device 18. By this, the molded article after the hollow molding and cooling is to be equipped with the division plate 14. On the occasion, when a part of the insert plate 1 is notched beforehand, the melted parison is fitted, following the shape of this cut 4, and therefore the self- fusing area of the parison is increased, while the strength of the division plate can be increased. |
