The process consists in preparing a mass for moulding the hull, formed preferably by wood powder (dust), an organic solvent and a synthetic resin binder, which undergoes preliminary mixing and kneading, after which it passes to a first moulding stage, after which it proceeds to an intermediate drying stage prior to a definitive stage of shaping by pressing in a mould and countermould and definitive drying of long duration, finally passing to the stages of mechanical working of the hull for its finishing.
