PURPOSE:To perform drainage while running a local cooler by a method wherein outflow of condensed water of the local cooler is temporarily stopped during discharge. CONSTITUTION:A body 101 is partitioned into a condenser chamber 103 and a vaporizer chamber 104 by means of a partition plate 102. A condensate receiving pan 110 is located to the lower end part of a vaporizer 109 of the vaporizer chamber 104, and a drainage pipe 1 is mounted on the condensate receiving pan 110. A draining device A to discharge or cut off condensate in the condensate receiving pan 110 is located in the drainage pipe 1. When a tank 9 is full of water, drainage of water in the tank 9 is carried out while sustaining the operation of the body 101. |
