PURPOSE:To provide a recording and/reproducing device enabling to perform a high density and a large capacity of record and reproduction a simple in wiring and suited to a mass production. CONSTITUTION:The device is provided with a recording medium having electrodes 7, 8, 9 divided plurally, plural probe electrodes 21, 22, 23 respectively opposing to the plural plane electrodes and mutually continuing and a voltage application circuit 17 applying independently a voltage for record and/ reproduction between each electrode and a probe electrode. |
