PURPOSE:To provide a fabrication method of a laminated ceramic inductor with reduced accuracy variations by minimizing positioning error in a through- hole blanking process. CONSTITUTION:A 40mum thick ferrite green sheet 1 cut into a 110mm square is sticked to a picture frame stainless frame 4 where a 100mm square window is surrounded with a 15mm wide frame, and a through-hole 2 is blanked through the sheet 1 using a through-hole metal mold of one type where stainless pins are vertically provided on a metal plane plate at predetermined locations. Coil conductor patterns 3 of six kinds are printed on the resulting sheet using a screen printing stencils of four kinds and Ag paste, and printed coil conductor patterns are blanked into a 85mm square size so as to be disposed at predetermined locations of a sheet central part. The resulting sheet is laminated and bonded in a predetermined order and cut into a 3.4mmX1.7mm chip size, and further calcined at 870 deg.C. Hereby, external electrodes are formed on a pair of end surfaces where ends of a coil internally provided are led out. |
