摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To make NOX undergo decomposition removal reaction at room temp. by making NOX-containing gas come into contact with an adsorbent to adsorb NOX and irradiating microwave on the adsorbent. CONSTITUTION:NOX-containing combustion flue gas is set at an arbitrary flow by a gas flow controller 1 and uniformly mixed with N2, O2, CO2, CO, ete., in a gas mixer 2 and enters cylindrical metal column 3. A testing gas leaving the column 3 is introduced into a NOX analyzer 4 for reactional products analysis. Microwave is generated from an oscillator 5 and irradiated on zeolite 8 in the column 3 from an opening 7 of the column 3 through a transmittal waveguide 6. At this time, microwave energy is absorbed by water molecules and NOX molecules in the micropore of the zeolite to excite the movement of the adsorbed molecules. Thereby the activation energy of NOX-thermal decomposition reaction in the micropore can be lowered, causing the reaction to occur without putting at high temperature.</p>
