PURPOSE:To improve the adhesion between a core material and a skin material by bicolor-molding a core material consisting polyamide and thermoplastic polyurethane and a skin material consisting of polyether esteramide and thermoplastic polyurethane. CONSTITUTION:For example, a predetermined quantity of nylon 12 and thermoplastic polyurethane are melt-kneaded for forming pellets to be used as core material. Whereas, a predetermined quantity of polyether esteramide and thermoplastic polyurethane are melt-kneaded for forming pellets to be used as skin material. The a core material and skin material are introduced to a bicolor molding machine for molding a clip 1. The clip 1 obtained herein includes a square engaging plate 2 in its uppermost part, a circular seat metal plate 3 in its middle part, and deformable anchor-shaped claw 4 in its lower part which are molded integrally, and further the claw 4 is comprised of a core part in its core layer and skin part in its surface. The clip 1 is used for attaching such that the engaging part 2 is inserted into the rear side channel in the waist molding of an automobile and the claw 4 is inserted into the body hole of the vehicle body. |
