PRODUCTION OF THERMOSETTING RESIN MOLDING MATERIAL

PURPOSE:To efficiently and continuously produce the thermosetting resin molding material by strongly kneading thermosetting resin and inorganic filler by a biaxial screw type kneaded wherein both a kneading part and a backflow part are adjacently formed. CONSTITUTION:The thermosetting resin material and an inorganic filler (both materials) are quantitatively introduced into a casing 11 via a quantitative feeder and a hopper. A water cooling chamber 12 is formed to the casing 11. Thermosetting resin is prevented from being deteriorated by introducing a cooling medium such as water. A carrier blade 16A is formed of a spiral blade by which both materials or the molding material are moved toward a discharge part 14 by rotation of screw shafts 15a, 15b. Further a platelike kneading blade 16B is formed into a polygonal shape or an ellipsoidal shape. Both materials are strongly kneaded by the adjacently engaged kneading blades 16B, 16B so as to squash both material. A backblow blade 16C has a spiral blade whose direction is opposite to the carrier blade 16A. This blade 16c moves both materials in the direction opposite to the direction of the carrier blade 16A.
