Movable decorative motif capable of carrying out a flashing operation whilst it is moved in order to exhibit an unexpected variation in configuration and/or appearance. The movable decorative motif is provided. The movable decorative motif includes a central element arranged in a rotary manner and a decorative element which includes a head and a flexible, elongate, hollow element which rises as far as the head and in which the central element is loosely contained. The movable decorative element also includes a luminous element arranged in the head of the decorative element and connected electrically to the detector switch in such a manner that it effects connection and disconnection in a predetermined manner when the detector switch detects a predetermined external stimulus. <IMAGE>
