PURPOSE:To form a set slip which is easily controlled without using any special paper. CONSTITUTION:This set slip formation device is equipped with a source data input device 11 for inputting source data required to form plural slave slips constituting the set slip, a data editing device 12 which edits the source data inputted by the source data input device 11 and generates a top-surface and a reverse-surface print image arranged at specific positions on the slave slips so that images of the respective slave slips are in the same direction when one form is folded as many times as specified, a both-surface print output device 13 which prints the top-surface and reverse-surface print images generated by the data editing device 12 on the top and reverse surfaces of one form, and an after-printing processor 14 which folds and staples the form printed by the both-surface print output device 13 as many times as specified and cuts the end parts. |
