This raw water sample or treated water sample is supplied by a raw water sample drawing pipe 7 or treated water sample drawing pipe 8 to the inspection meters 6, 6'. Namely, there is no need for using the manpower and, therefore, the drawing frequencies of the samples are increased and the intervals of the drawing time are shortened.
